PRICES, RESORT TAX & SHORT STAYS
The above listed prices are per person and day in the respective apartment, exclusive of resort tax and without meals. The resort tax of € 3.50 is charged separately per person and day. Children and young adults under the age of 15 do not pay the resort tax. Until 01 November 2020 the resort tax amounts to € 2.50 per person and day.
We charge a short stay surcharge for stays of up to 3 nights. From December to April: minimum stay of 7 days
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept cash, ATM and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard).
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in from 3.00 pm , Check-out by 9.30 am at the latest.
Please inform us in advance if you arrive late in the evening.
PETS
Sorry, pets are not allowed at our guesthouse - we ask for your understanding.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments - however, you are welcome to smoke on the balcony or in front of the house. There you can also enjoy great views of the wonderful mountains ...
NIGHT-TIME PEACE
At all times, guests want to enjoy their vacation and rest, sleep and relax.
Please keep the peace at night from 10.00 pm.
CANCELLATION TERMS
ONLINE BOOKING/WEBSITE and E-MAIL
There are no cancellation fees up to 3 months before the day of arrival
3 months to 1 month before day of arrival: 40% of the total price
1 month to 7 days before day of arrival: 70% of the total price
7 days before day of arrival: 90% of the total price
COVID-19: If you are not able to arrive becouse either your region of origin or Sölden is declared a risk area at the time of arrivale,you can of course cancle free of charge.

Sunny Panorama Location
Due to the excellent setting just above Sölden, you enjoy fantastic panorama views of the surrounding mountains. In winter, the top-to-bottom ski run leads past our house - so you can start your skiing day on the slopes in front of our house every morning. In summer, countless hiking and biking routes also lead past our house.
Ski & Bicycle Room
Your sports equipment is in good hands. We offer a private ski or bicycle storage room for your equipment. So you do not need to store your sports gear in the apartment and can start the next day in the beautiful mountains right away.
Ski & Bike Shuttle
For our guest we offer a free shuttle for ski and bike rentals provided by our partner shop Sporthütte Fiegl. Therefore you don't have to carry your equipment or put it into your car. You arrive here at Haus Wiesenblick without heavy luggage.
Aqua Dome Partner
As you stay at a partner accommodation you receive a 10% discount on admission tickets to the Aqua Dome. The thermal spa located in the neighboring village of Längenfeld, approx. 15 minutes by car, promises top-notch relaxation. Just ask for discounted tickets - we will be happy to help you.

Free Parking
Of course, there is also a free parking lot at our house for the duration of your stay. Thanks to the perfect location, directly at the ski run in winter and amidst the hiking and biking paradise in summer, you will hardly need your car during your vacation. If you want to go to the village, just use the free Center Shuttle.
Free WiFi
All guests staying at Haus Wiesenblick enjoy free WiFi in the apartment. On arrival you will receive the login data and then you can surf the net right away, always being well informed and in contact with your loved ones at home.
Our bike-specials
There are several things included: locked bike room, use tools and repair-kit for free, free bike wash station and 24-hours washing service (for a fee).
