Experience Ötztal's variety in all its wintry facets.
The superb ski slopes of Ötztal offer snow in abundance,
stretching up to 3000 meters above sea level and beyond.
From autumn to late spring, the Ötztal Super Skipass promises
powder slopes and perfectly groomed ski runs.
Get out of bed and hit the slopes immediately - thanks to our perfect setting, you can start directly from the doorstep of Haus Wiesenblick towards the ski area of Sölden as the top-to-bottom ski run leads past our house and takes you to the base station of Gaislachkogl Mountain Gondola. Sölden - one of the most popular ski and snowboard centers in Europe - lives up to its name as the Hot Spot in the Alps: 31 state-of-the-art mountain lifts whisk you up to 3340 meters above sea level, 144 kilometers of freshly groomed slopes lead downhill again. Two glacier ski areas equipped with snow-making systems promise absolute snow guarantee. Alpine Ski World Cup opening races and cool side events are part of the standard program. Particularly attractive: Sölden is Austria's one and only ski area to have three peaks higher than three thousand meters (BIG3) with spectacular viewing platforms accessible by mountain lifts - a holiday with true wow moments!
Ötztal Super Skipass
One ticket for all Ötztal ski areas: 361 slope kilometers, 90 mountain lifts and 6 ski areas - with the ultimate Ötztal Super Skipass you can access all slopes within the valley. Included are the popular ski destinations like Sölden and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl as well as the family-friendly skiing regions of Hochoetz-Kühtai, Niederthai, Gries and Vent.
With a length of 7.3 km, the toboggan run in Sölden is one of the longest toboggan runs in Austria. Gaislachkogl mountain gondola takes you comfortably and without a long walk to the starting point of the track. Due to the easy route, the toboggan run is also suitable for less experienced sledding fans and families - it is also illuminated in the evening once a week.
James Bond Adventure World
The new James Bond Installation 007 ELEMENTS is a cinematic summit experience at the top of Gaislachkogl peak. Where Daniel Craig once stood in front of the camera for "Spectre", visitors can discover an unprecedented highlight for movie enthusiasts.
Even the most uncompromising skiers admit it: When the slopes are already closed or the skis just stay in the storage room, this holiday resort surprises with unimagined variety. No matter if you prefer snowshoeing and winter hiking, ski touring, cross-country skiing or relaxing in the thermal baths - activities in the clear winter air promise an indescribable feeling of happiness. Either choose the sporty or the cozy variant - unlimited winter fun is always guaranteed.
